We don’t always need to be following a food plan. BUT, sometimes they are helpful to inspire us, give us something new to try, and support us in reaching our goals.

The plan focuses on gluten free, real food recipes that are well rounded with veggies, complex carbs, proteins and healthy fats. Grocery lists, some of my favorite store brands and a few extra fun recipes are thrown in there as well. I suggest reading through the recipes and grocery lists before shopping so you are informed on what you already have in stock, when you should meal prep, and which meals you can leave in the freezer, etc.
